Where is the Live Experience class held?

For security reasons, class location can be found on your confirmation email. Should the location change, you will be notified via email.

 

What do I bring to class?

Photo ID, pen or pencil, small notebook and paper or digital copy of registration. ID is required for admittance to class.

 

What if I miss my scheduled class?

You must notify our office by email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled class if you need to reschedule. There is a $100 reschedule fee. If you do not notify our office that you need to reschedule and you fail to appear to class, your registration will be cancelled and there are no refunds. You will need to register and pay for a new class.

 

Do you offer payment plans?

No.

 

What is the difference between the Live and Online experiences?

The Live Experience is a one day 8 hour course featuring a team of highly qualified and engaging professionals. The Online Experience is an online course featuring the same team, but in a video format. Session quizzes and a final exam are required in order to complete the online experience.
